Iam really looking forward to beginning a new class offering "next Sunday".. the PLAY CHILL 4:30-5:30PM at PLAY PeaceloveandYogastudio in Carlsbad. It will be a "Unheated" opportunity to experience and release physical tension & stress with a slow deep stretch yoga flow that is inspired by the Yin stlye of yoga and incorporates mindful breathing and blissful music.
