Isn't it a bit too progressed for yoga beginners?
I mean, I find it best to stick to a specific teacher and system. such as Ashtanga or Iyengar in the begining, as it is hard enough to follow and do it right wihtout getting injured...
It is, obviously, interesting stuff (I mean, I'm all over that...:) ) but It should come with a little warning sign to it...
